Tie-Dye Care Instructions
Its recommended to hand wash in cold water, but using the washer on the lowest, coldest setting works, too! Just be sure to not let it sit in the washer for too long after its done. Washing inside out will help preserve the design as well! Hang dry after washing.
To iron shirts: use cotton setting with light steam. To iron sweaters: use setting below cotton with moderate steam.
Tie-Dye Help
Color dye: a shirt that starts out white, and we add as many colors to it as you’d like! It can be bright and bold, or dark and muted.
Reverse bleach/color: a shirt that starts out black or navy blue, bleached light enough to take on color dye. Though you can add colors— this shirt always has a more grungey feel.
Bleach dye: a shirt that starts out one color (black, red, blue, green, purple, etc) and bleaches to another color, making the total number of colors on this shirt two.
*Crewneck material isn’t able to bleach light enough to take color dye, so reverse bleach isnt an option for sweaters.
Spiral (thick): a more classic looking spiral— has distinctive chunks of color.
Spiral (thin): could be described more as stripes, but still considered spiral. A little sharper than the other.
Its possible to combine these styles like the picture in the upper right corner. (One side has thick rainbow, the other a sharp black)
I have more examples than these to share so please don’t hesitate to hit me up and ask to see something more specific! We can get creative with it. E-mail or DM on Facebook/Instagram.
